Objectives
1. To strengthen skills and knowledge of Human Rights and Democratization in Latin America and the Caribbean through high quality graduate education.
2. To deepen dialogue, sinergy, and integration among Latin American and Caribbean Universities, and among these universities and institutional agents and actors of the civil society in order to foster democratic participation for the defense, protection, and promotion of Human Rights.
3. To increase production, circulation, dissemination and promotion of ideas and research findings related to human rights specifications at the level of regional and national academic institutions, non-governmental organizations, companies, citizenship, and governments through scientific publications and ad hoc debates on issues of interest for the Project.
General Objective
To train masters with high academic level and provide with the conceptual and academic tools that will ensure first-quality professional practice and research into HUMAN RIGHTS AND DEMOCRATIZATION.
