Objectives

1. To reinforce knowledge and debates on Human Rights and Democratization in Latin America and the Caribbean.
2. To deepen dialogue, synergy, and integration among Caribbean and Latin American Universities, and among these and the various social actors to foster  democratic participation for the defense, protection, and promotion of Human Rights.
3. To increase production, circulation, dissemination and promotion of ideas and research findings related to human rights specifications.

SENIOR AREA 
Publication of academic papers by researchers from universities included in the DDHuALC network and other academic centers. 

JUNIOR AREA
Publication of academic papers by graduate students and young researchers from universities included in the DDHuALC network and other academic centers.
